OMG UK are looking for a Programmatic AV Executive. The Programmatic team are part of the OMG Digital department that is the centre of excellence for OMG and our UK media agencies. We work with many large and innovative advertisers in the UK ranging across different categories of brands from entertainment, to FMCG, to beauty, to automotive, to finance as examples.
Our Activation team are AV experts that develop programmatic buying strategies, best practices and products across YouTube, CTV, Broadcast Video, Online Video and Audio environments. The team work across a variety of technology and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
This role will provide you with training and the necessary foundations to build upon your career in digital media. As a Programmatic AV Executive you will be supporting your team to deliver video and audio campaigns for leading UK advertisers to reach their consumers with engaging and effective advertising. As a programmatic buyer you will be using platforms and technology to help buy digital media space in video environments like YouTube; and across digital audio environments like Spotify.
You will learn how to use different demand-side platforms to set up, optimise, and report on a variety of different campaign types across audio and video environments.
Full training will be provided via internal onboarding programmes and the opportunity to be trained by globally renowned and market leading technologies such as Google, Amazon, and The Trade Desk.
You will have a team Manager and Director who will help and guide you with your campaigns to ensure performance and delivery goals are met; as well as supporting you in your own training and development.
The role presents strong career progression opportunities as working in a hands on media buying role provides the knowledge and understanding of media strategy, consumer insights, and deep platform knowledge of digital media technology.
You should have an interest in advertising and media and want to be part of the rapidly evolving world of digital media. You should have a basic understanding of the digital media ecosystem and how programmatic technology fits in. This role is hands on where you will be running your own campaigns by using different platforms, choosing audiences to target and which publishers to work with to deliver the advertising on behalf of our clients.
Communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlines is important as you will be responsible for ensuring your campaigns deliver their goals. You should be excited to try new things, learn new technology and understand key developments within digital media.
