Our pre-employment service is perfect if you need a bit of extra support with your job search. You’ll work with one of our friendly, experienced coaches, who’ll help you search and apply for jobs, create and update your CV and prepare for interviews.
Sessions are all virtual - via Zoom or on the phone, whichever you prefer – and you’ll receive a follow-up email afterwards summarising what you’ve talked about, so you don't need to worry about taking notes! And if you want a parent, carer, partner or friend to join you on the call, that’s absolutely fine.

How it works
Our coaching is currently completely virtual, and is hosted through zoom or a phone call.
Each session is informal and friendly, and will end with a follow up email about what has been spoken about, so you don't need to worry about taking notes!
We understand that some days you may not be up to it, so you can easily reschedule for another day if needed.
If you want a parent, carer, partner or friend to join you on the call, that is absolutely fine.

Introductory Call
Every coaching journey starts with a call with a member of our team to get to know you and match you to a coach.

Establish your goals
Once booked in, your first session will be with your coach to establish your coaching goals and get started.

Develop an action plan
Your coach will work with you to develop an effective plan to help you achieve your goals.

Experience the benefits
Your coach will regularly check in with you to ensure you're benefitting from the coaching sessions, and provide you with any support and resources you may need.

Barry McGrath
Barry is a highly experienced careers guidance coach. He is passionate about neurodiversity, and has supported neurodivergent job-seekers to approach the labour market.
He has previously worked in social inclusion and the private sector, and has engaged with employers to understand their requirements when choosing appropriate candidates for roles. His lived-in experience of disability equip him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by disabled applicants and given him an ability to support neurodivergent people to successfully secure employment.
