About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive to join our Media Operations team, and support our media buyers in processing the finance bookings that pay a wide variety of our suppliers. The successful candidate will be organised, analytical and quick to learn our process.

We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is willing to participate, educate and eventually improve our processes & best-practices.

The role will be part of the media operations function, which plays an integral role in blueprinting the process of best-in-class services and preparing our client to lead in media practices of the future.

About You

• An aptitude for learning quickly.
• An eye for detail, patience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent arithmetic & numerical skills.
• Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Self-starter – good time management, ability to work off own initiative.
