The role: Provide 5* customer service to all colleagues, stakeholders and visitors to our London office, in everything that you do.

Currently we are a team of 4 Receptionists and a Reception Supervisor and all work as part of the wider Premises Team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 5* customer service to all colleagues, stakeholders and visitors to our London office, in everything that you do.

Meeting room booking system- Condeco system

Working alongside the onsite Hospitality team with regards to all meeting room requirements

Co-ordinating hospitality bookings with external suppliers

Courier bookings & post duties

Assisting with Events held onsite in London

What are we looking for?

Strong Reception/cabin crew experience

All round, team player who is keen to provide 5* customer service to everyone they come into contact with.
