How it works

Our mentoring is completely virtual, and is hosted through Microsoft Teams.

Each session is informal and friendly, and will end with a follow up email about what has been spoken about, so you don't need to worry about taking notes!

We understand that some days you may not be up to it, so you can easily reschedule for another day if needed.

If you want a parent, carer, partner or friend to join you on the call, that is absolutely fine as well!

1

We get to know you

The first session involves getting to know you, your aspirations, skills, talents, experiences and preferences.

2

Outline your goals

An important part of mentoring is outlining your goals. From this, we will develop a set of goals to focus on.

3

Developing a plan

We will develop and agree on a plan for going forward to help you achieve your goals.

4

Benefit from coaching

Each session is tailored to suit you, so you should experience the benefits within 2 weeks. You can book as you go along, so theres no block booking required.

Testimonials

"I would just like to thank you very much for the effort and resources you have invested to get my social skills, confidence, and interview approach up to a standard that is proudly and naturally presentable in interviews. My CV has also been subject to real improvement, courtesy of your suggestions, and is now one of my best and favourite documents that I can show anyone; from employment, education or otherwise."
