Who are we

Enna is a specialist neurodiversity organisation founded in 2019. We work with employers across the UK and internationally to help them build workplaces that genuinely support neurodivergent employees, not as a one-off initiative, but as a permanent part of how they work. We have supported over 450 organisations and worked across 33 countries. Every employer we partner with has gone through a process with us. We do not list employers on our jobs board unless we have assessed their commitment to neurodivergent inclusion.

Why we built this jobs board

We heard the same thing from neurodivergent jobseekers again and again: finding an employer who would actually support them was harder than finding the job itself. So we built a jobs board that only features employers we have already worked with. When you register with us, you are not applying to companies at random. You are being matched with employers who have specifically committed to making their workplaces work for neurodivergent people.

Yes, completely free. Browsing roles, registering for job alerts and accessing our free resources costs nothing.

02 How do I know these employers are genuinely neuroinclusive?

Every employer on the Enna Jobs Board goes through a review call with our team before their roles go live. We make sure they are set up to receive neurodivergent applicants properly and are committed to neuroinclusive hiring practices.

03 Can I register for job alerts even if there are no suitable roles right now?

Absolutely. Register your preferences and we will email you as soon as a role that matches what you are looking for is posted.

04 Do I need a formal diagnosis to apply for roles?

No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to apply for any role on the Enna Jobs Board. Employers on our board are committed to considering all neurodivergent candidates regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis.

05 Do I have to disclose my neurotype when applying?

That is entirely your choice. Disclosure is always personal and you should never feel pressured to share more than you are comfortable with. Our free resources include guidance on disclosure if you would like support thinking it through.
