Yes, completely. Posting a role on the Enna Jobs Board is free for 30 days per vacancy and always will be. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to a featured listing for additional visibility and reach.
02 What happens after I post a role?
Before your role goes live one of our team will have a quick call with you to set up your employer profile, talk through your listing and make sure everything is in order. Your role then goes live to our full database of 5,000+ registered candidates.
03 Do I need neurodiversity training before I post a role?
You do not need to have completed training before posting. Our review call is designed to make sure you are set up properly before you start receiving applications. That said, we do recommend our manager training for any organisation serious about getting neurodivergent hiring right and we can talk you through the options on your review call.
04 What is the difference between a free and featured listing?
A free listing gets your role in front of our full candidate database. A featured listing puts you at the top of the board, includes you in our candidate newsletter, promotes your role on LinkedIn and gives you enhanced analytics and dedicated Enna support. Get in touch for featured pricing.
05 How long does my listing stay live?
Free listings are live for 30 days and can be renewed at any time. Featured listings have an extended duration as part of the package.
