Neuroinclusion Support For Employers
Neuroinclusion doesn't stop after training. Neither do we.
Most organisations make real progress through training and strategy work, then hit the moments that need specialist expertise alongside them. Enna’s neuroinclusion support for employers covers coaching, workplace needs assessments, and a specialist advisory line, giving you practical, expert help when real situations arise

Expert consultancy delivered by professional consultants with lived experience of neurodivergence.
Workplace Needs Assessments
Identify what your neurodivergent employees actually need to thrive.
A workplace needs assessment gives neurodivergent employees, and their employers, a clear, evidence-based picture of the adjustments and support that would make the biggest difference. Enna’s specialist assessors work directly with the employee and their line manager to understand how their neurotype affects their work and what practical changes would help.
The output is a detailed written report with specific, actionable recommendations your HR team and managers can implement immediately. It removes the guesswork from the reasonable adjustments process and gives everyone a clear, shared starting point.
Coaching
Specialist coaching for neurodivergent employees and the managers who support them.
Enna offers specialist coaching for two distinct audiences, neurodivergent employees navigating the workplace and managers building the skills to lead neurodiverse teams more effectively.
Neurodiversity Advisory Line
Expert guidance when you need it most.
Enna’s Neurodiversity Line Service gives HR professionals, people managers and DEI leads direct access to specialist neurodiversity expertise for the situations that need a fast, informed response. Whether you are navigating a sensitive disclosure, managing a complex performance situation or simply unsure what the right approach is, our specialists are available to help.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions about our support services
01 Can our employees access coaching directly or does it need to go through HR?
Both routes work. Employees can be referred through HR or self-refer directly. We work with whichever approach suits your organisation best.
02 Can coaching be funded through Access to Work?
Yes, for eligible employees, Enna coaching can be funded wholly or partly through the government's Access to Work scheme. We can help employees and employers understand how to apply.
03 How quickly can we access the helpline?
We aim to respond to all Advisory Line enquiries within one business day. For urgent situations please flag this in your initial message and we will prioritise accordingly.
04 Do you work with organisations on a retainer basis?
Yes, for organisations that need regular ongoing support we offer a retained advisory model. Get in touch to discuss what this looks like in practice.
05 What's the difference between a workplace needs assessment and a reasonable adjustments conversation?
A reasonable adjustments conversation is an internal process between a manager and employee. A workplace needs assessment is an independent specialist assessment that produces a written report with specific recommendations, giving both parties a clear, evidenced starting point rather than relying on the employee to advocate for themselves without support.
06 Can the helpline support us with active HR cases involving neurodivergent employees?
Yes, though we are not a legal advice service. We provide specialist neurodiversity expertise that complements your HR and legal processes rather than replacing them.
07 What results can we expect?
Organisations report improved manager confidence, better communication with neurodivergent employees, and greater awareness of inclusive practices that benefit the whole team.
08 Do participants receive resources afterwards?
Yes, we have a lot of templates and resources which will be shared if relevant. These include practical tools for managers, self-advocacy guides for employees, and reasonable adjustment templates.
09 How do we book a session?
You can contact us directly or email us at hello@enna.org. We’ll help you choose the best support for your goals. You can also book a discovery call directly with us here.
