Neuroinclusive Collaboration is a 1-hour interactive workshop, part of our Neuroinclusion for Colleagues Programme. It gives teams a fast-paced, practical understanding of how different thinking styles affect the way people approach tasks, deadlines, meetings and group work, and the simple, concrete shifts that make collaboration work better for everyone.

Most collaboration friction isn't caused by difficult people. It's caused by different brains approaching the same task in fundamentally different ways - and teams that don't understand that keep defaulting to the same patterns that work well for some people and quietly frustrate others.
This session gives teams the understanding and practical tools to work better together, starting from the very next interaction.

Teams don't underperform because people aren't trying. They underperform because the way they work together doesn't account for the full range of thinking styles in the room.
The same meetings keep frustrating the same people. Collaboration friction gets written off as personality clashes rather than what it actually is - a structural mismatch. Neurodivergent colleagues arrive with plenty to contribute and spend their energy navigating a working environment that wasn't designed for how they think.
Most teams aren't excluding anyone on purpose. They've just never been given the tools to work any differently.
