Partnerships Manager – Gaming

Salary: £42,555 per annum – hybrid working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Full-time.
Location: 40 Bernard St, London WC1N 1LE
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new high-value corporate partnerships within the gaming and streaming sector, with a focus on six-figure opportunities.
- Develop compelling pitches and proposals, tailoring them to corporate prospects, sponsors, and potential donors.
- Manage and develop a growing corporate pipeline, ensuring a strategic and structured approach to securing gaming partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and fundraising, to develop innovative campaigns, events, and activations.
- Represent the charity at key gaming industry events and meetings, engaging with stakeholders and prospects at all levels.
- Support the Senior Gaming Manager in managing and developing relationships with the GOSH Gaming Board.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven track record in securing high-value corporate partnerships, ideally within gaming or the charitable sector.
- Strong understanding of gaming businesses and industry trends, with established networks in the sector.
- Experience in creating and delivering successful pitches, proposals, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for storytelling and the ability to convey the impact of GOSH Charity’s work in an emotive and compelling way.

You will be part of a dynamic and growing gaming and streaming team within the Partnerships department. As we embark on a major £300 million fundraising appeal to build a new children’s cancer centre, you will play a pivotal role in securing vital support from the gaming sector. We are an ambitious and collaborative team, dedicated to making a real difference for the children and families at GOSH.
