Transport Coordinator
Location: Portbury, BS20 7XR GB (Main)
Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday shift pattern, 40 hours per week between the hours of 18:00-02:30.
Salary: £28,600 plus £3,500 nights premium

The role:
- Brief and debrief Drivers, being the first point of contact for all drivers and ensuring all queries are fed back to.
- Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance and for Operational excellence ie, cost and service including Peak planning/delivery.
- Provide the highest level of customer care and finding resolutions/ escalation of live issues.
- The monitoring of all routes ensuring all routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate.
- Effective time management to ensure the job is completed within the set time frame provided using Kronos exceptions & Schedules.
- Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc.
Experience:
- Administration in a busy transport environment
- Be PC literate with word and excel experience
- Have great attention to detail.
