Role:
- Schedule routine service visits and dispatch callouts efficiently.
- Manage engineers’ diaries and coordinate assignments seamlessly.
- Process permits and handle essential paperwork with precision.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for our valued national customers.
- Keep everything running smoothly by rescheduling work due to absences or urgent calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support service managers in maximizing engineer productivity.
- Work with portals and reporting tools to meet team KPIs.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience using GANT-based planning/dispatch software.
