Risk and Compliance Officer – Social Care
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire & Midland – Hybrid working
Type: Full-time 40 hours per week
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum plus car allowance

As a Risk and Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational teams to maintain high-quality services and meet our governance and regulatory responsibilities across the group.
The role
- Supporting operational teams in delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred services that meet individual needs.
- You’ll be a key player in ensuring that our compliance tools are aligned to regulatory frameworks and meet our contractual obligations.
- You’ll be responsible for undertaking agreed audits, including health and safety, and providing coaching and support to managers on regulatory compliance and best practice.
About you
You will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and safety in care. You will bring a strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks in social care and a collaborative approach to improvement.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of relevant care sector regulations and standards
- Experience of working within the health and social care sector preferably at direct service delivery level
- Experience with audit or compliance monitoring tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven auditing experience
- Registered Managers or equivalent qualification
