People Technology Project Manager

Are you an experienced HR Systems Project Manager?
Working alongside our People Technology Program Director and based in the UK, you’ll be at the intersection of systems, integrations, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll manage several high-impact projects that build on our existing systems capability to enhance the employee experience across our global organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of HR technology enhancement and expansion projects.
- Manage full project lifecycles, from planning and design to delivery, change, and release management.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business functions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, testing protocols, and deployment strategies.
- Champion user adoption and continuous improvement through effective change management.
- Provide clear, consistent communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate contributions from multiple teams to ensure project success.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing HR technology projects, ideally with SaaS platforms such as Oracle (preferred), Workday, or SAP.
- A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects across regions.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and people technology process design.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and global teams.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, motivate, and drive results.
