Facility Officer – Northwich
Location: Northwich, CW8 4BG
Type: Evening and weekend shifts
(Evening shifts 4.30pm-10.30pm; weekends shifts between the hours of 8.00am-9.00pm)
Salary: National Living Wage (dependent on age)

Desirable, but not essential qualifications/certifications:
- Facility-related – and/or experience of working in a facilities setting
- Customer Service – and/or at least 1 year’s experience
- Sport-related
- Knowledge of the FAs National Game Strategy
Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly welcome to customers, check them in, answer queries, direct them to correct locations
- Be the contact point for customers
- Provide accurate information about Cheshire FA, face to face, over the phone and by email, and take bookings through our booking system
- Process customer payments by card and cash, cashing up payments at the end of the shift
- Undertake cleanliness building checks, carrying out reactive cleaning duties where required to support cleaning team. Ensure water and heating are working and report any maintenance issues to the Facility Manager. Carry out pitch checks.
- Carry out the safe opening and closing of the building and 3G pitch
- Set up the conference facilities for meetings and events based upon the requirements of customers
- Set up the 3G pitch for bookings, matches and sessions based upon the requirements of customers
- Remain vigilant for any suspicious activity, reporting as necessary
