We provide expert end-to-end recruitment services, connecting you with hundreds of neurodiverse job-seekers with a huge range of skills, talents, qualifications and experience through our accessible jobs board. We’ll promote your post through our social media channels, and to our networks and over 100 partner organisations.

You’ll automatically receive notifications and CVs from suitable applicants; we’ll then support you in contacting candidates and arranging interviews. Once you’ve hired your new neurodivergent employee, we’ll help you identify and make reasonable adjustments for them, and integrate them smoothly into your team.

We can help you find talent across a huge range of roles in all sectors, but we have particular expertise in technology, financial services and advertising and marketing – all areas where neurodivergent people tend to excel.

You decide which jobs package you would like to purchase. We have options of 1, 5, 20 or unlimited depending on how many positions you would like to advertise with us.

We post your job on our jobs board for 30 days. Applicants can apply through our jobs board, and we will also search our database of over 1600+ job-seekers to see if theres anyone who's experience match the role.

We then advertise the role through our social media channels and our network of 100+ referral partners, who will refer suitable neurodivergent applicants to us.

We then support you to engage with the candidates and implement reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, ensuring you're getting the very best out of your candidate.

We will then communicate with the candidate throughout, and ensure they're supported. If any problems occur, we will work to quickly resolve these with the recruiter.

Found a suitable candidate and want to recruit them?  Fantastic! We only charge for posting the role and there is no hidden fees after. We can help you onboard your new neurodivergent employee and ensure they settle in.
