About The Role
We are excited to be looking for a People Services Administrator to join us on a fixed term contract until 30 April 2023.
We are looking for an exceptional People Services Administrator to support our colleagues in the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You’ll be working within a busy and dynamic People Services Team providing a first-class administrative service to colleagues, line managers and new starters. You will be carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks including drafting contracts of employment, processing contractual changes, and supporting the wider people team by providing key people data to inform decision making.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with great attention to detail and good knowledge of Microsoft packages (outlook, teams, word, excel) to support with the creation of standard letters and contracts, keeping our HR system up to date as well as taking meeting notes. It would be great if you have previous HR experience but, if not, we will support you in learning about HR processes and procedures.
