Cookies Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on enna.org, which is run by Enna CIC (trading as Enna Global), company number 11940659, 36–38 Cornhill, London EC3V 3NG. For how we handle personal information more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as scripts and local storage, work in a similar way. We use the word “cookies” for all of them.
Your choices
We don’t use a consent banner. Strictly necessary items are needed for the site to work, and we use analytics to understand how the site is used (see below). You can block or delete these at any time in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them may affect how some parts of the site work, such as forms and the jobs board.
Strictly necessary cookies
These make the website work and keep it secure. They do not need your consent.
- WordPress and WordPress.com (Automattic): keep the site running, remember logged-in sessions and protect against misuse.
- Google reCAPTCHA: protects our forms from spam and abuse. Google may process your IP address and device information for this.
- Job board and forms: keep your progress while you register, apply or post a role.
- Stripe: used only on payment pages, to process jobs board payments securely and prevent fraud.
Analytics cookies
These help us understand how people use the website so we can improve it.
- Google Analytics: records pages visited, time on site and how you arrived. Cookies beginning _ga last up to 2 years. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking these in your browser.
- Jetpack Stats (Automattic): counts page views and popular content.
Functional and third-party content
Some pages include content from other services, which may set their own cookies:
- Google Maps: shows our location on the contact page.
- YouTube: plays embedded videos, where we use them.
- [HubSpot chat / Zoho SalesIQ: CONFIRM WHETHER STILL USED — not detected on the pages checked in October 2026]
Tools that do not set third-party cookies
- Self-tests (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia): run in your browser. Your individual answers stay on your device; we record only anonymous scores. The autism test uses Tripetto, a form tool installed on our own website, so answers are not sent to Tripetto.
- Booking a discovery call: our “Book a call” buttons take you to a Google Calendar booking page. Google’s own privacy policy applies there.
Data leaving the UK
Several of these providers, including Google, Automattic and Stripe, are based in the United States. Where cookies send personal information outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards described in the International transfers section of our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when the tools we use change. Questions: hello@enna.org.
