Neurodiversity Advisory Line

Specialist neurodiversity advice, one phone call away.

Enna’s Neurodiversity Advisory Line is a phone line for managers. When a situation comes up with a neurodivergent team member, they ring the line, speak to an Enna neurodiversity specialist and get advice right there, when they need it. It is an annual subscription, priced by your total headcount, so nobody has to count seats or ask permission before picking up the phone.

The service

Your neurodiversity specialists. On hand all year.

Most organisations have access to employment law advice when a legal situation arises. But legal advice and neurodiversity expertise are not the same thing. When a manager receives a disclosure they are unsure how to handle, when HR is navigating a complex adjustment request, when a DEI lead needs a specialist view on a sensitive situation, what they need is not a lawyer. They need someone who understands neurodiversity in the workplace deeply and can give them practical, expert guidance fast.

Enna’s Neurodiversity Advisory Line gives you exactly that, on a subscription rather than a stopwatch. One annual fee, banded by headcount, covering every manager in your organisation. Pick up the phone, speak to an Enna specialist who knows how your organisation works, and get advice there and then.

What we cover

Whatever the situation, we can help.

The Neurodiversity Advisory Line is designed for the full range of situations that arise when managing and supporting neurodivergent employees, from urgent situations that need an immediate specialist view to general queries that need a confident, expert answer.

Whatever the situation, Enna has the right support available.

Who uses the Advisory Line?

For anyone in your organisation who needs a specialist answer.

Your subscription covers everyone in your organisation with a people responsibility. They do not need to be a neurodiversity specialist, have prior training, or ask anyone for budget approval before getting in touch.

HR Teams

Navigate complex situations, get a specialist view on sensitive cases and ensure your approach reflects current best practice in neurodiversity.

Line Managers

Get practical guidance on supporting a specific employee, handling a disclosure or preparing for a difficult but necessary conversation.

DEI Leads

Access specialist expertise for sensitive situations, policy questions or cases where you need an independent neurodiversity perspective.

Senior Leaders

Get confidential expert guidance on neurodiversity situations at leadership level, including those that require a sensitive or strategic approach.

The process

From enquiry to advisor in three simple steps.

Getting set up is deliberately light. There is no lengthy onboarding, no platform to roll out and no training required before your team can use it. Tell us your headcount, agree the band, and your managers have a specialist to call.

Pricing

One annual fee, banded by headcount.

The Neurodiversity Advisory Line is an annual subscription. The fee is set by your total employee headcount rather than by the number of managers or users, because headcount is easy to verify and does not move every time a team reorganises, and it means nobody is counting seats at renewal or hesitating before picking up the phone.

Every band includes a named advisor, phone advice from an Enna specialist whenever your managers need it, access to our manager guides and templates, and a written summary of the themes your organisation raised. Tell us your headcount and we will confirm your band and the fee.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions about the advisory line

Straight away. Your managers ring the Advisory Line, speak to an Enna specialist and get practical advice there and then. There is no form to fill in and no waiting for a reply.

Calls are included throughout the year under a fair use expectation. We are a specialist team rather than a call centre, and that is what lets us give every call proper attention rather than rushing it.

In practice we are generous. If your organisation consistently needs more than the subscription covers, we will have that conversation with you openly rather than quietly letting the service slip.

We are not a legal advice service and cannot provide legal guidance on active tribunal cases. However, we can provide specialist neurodiversity expertise that complements your legal team's input, helping you understand the neurodiversity dimensions of a case alongside the legal ones. We can also support you to understand your neurodiversity legal responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 and Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

You are assigned a named Enna specialist for the year, matched to your sector and the kind of situations you are likely to bring. The point of a named advisor is that you are not re-explaining your organisation every time you get in touch. When they are away, a colleague who knows your account covers.

Absolutely. The Neurodiversity Advisory Line is available to any organisation regardless of whether you have worked with Enna previously. No prior relationship or existing contract is needed.

By your total employee headcount, not by the number of managers or licences. Headcount is easy for you to verify, does not shift every time a team reorganises, and it means nobody is counting seats at renewal or hesitating before using the service.

Request a quote and we will confirm your band and the annual fee. The term is 12 months, invoiced annually or quarterly.
