Neurodiversity Self-Assessments
We know that understanding yourself — especially when it comes to neurodiversity — can be both empowering and overwhelming. These self-assessments have been designed to help you take the first step in exploring your neurodivergent identity, in a safe and supportive way.
Why take a self-assessment?
Many people go through life feeling “different” without knowing why. You might find certain tasks more difficult than others seem to, struggle with focus or sensory overwhelm, or have always felt like you see the world in a different way. These experiences might be signs of a neurodivergent brain – and our tools are here to help you reflect on that possibility.
Whether you’re curious about ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or another form of neurodivergence, these assessments can help you:
- Recognise patterns in how you think, process, and behave
- Gain insight into whether you might be neurodivergent
- Feel more confident about seeking support or further assessment
- Begin a journey of self-awareness and self-acceptance
What happens after you take a test?
Once you complete a self-assessment, you’ll receive a brief summary of your results to help you reflect on what they might mean. You won’t receive a score or a label — instead, you’ll get a sense of how strongly your responses align with common neurodivergent traits.
If the results resonate with you, you might choose to:
- Learn more about neurodivergence
- Seek a formal diagnosis (if helpful or accessible)
- Share what you’ve learned with your manager, GP, or therapist
- Use this insight to request adjustments or support in the workplace
And if you’re not sure what to do next — that’s okay too. Self-discovery is a process, and there’s no pressure to define yourself right away.
